▷ Participants: 15 trainees, Prof. AN Heui Chun, 1 LTCP coordinator

'Busan Cooperative Fish Market(BCFM)' is the largest fisheries consignment market in South Korea. As well as its long history as the origin fish market in the country, it has been responsible for about 30% of the dometic fisheries consignment sale for over half a century since its opening in 1963.
The BCFM has also been conducting the Modernization Project with government's budgetary support since 2015. Consignment Sales, Cold-Storage Plant, Parking Lot and Lease Service are it's major businesses. The BCFM values the increase in welfare benefits for fisheries producers and workers as well as customer satisfaction social contribution. Through this field study, the LTCP trainees had a chance to study the facility and operating system of the BCFM. As the trainees arrived at the BCFM, they could see the various species of assorted fish. Then, the trainees moved to the site where auction was being held. After watching the fish unloading, the trainees were led to the main building to watch the promotional video.
